الملخص

فكرة البحث: يتناول البحث العلاقة الجوهرية بين فلسفة الأخلاق والأزمات الإنسانية في السياق الدولي، من خلال تحليل كيفية تشكل المنظومات الأخلاقية في استجابة المجتمع الدولي لتلك الأزمات. ينطلق من إشكالية محورية حول قدرة المنظومة الأخلاقية الفلسفية الراهنة على مواجهة تحديات الأزمات الإنسانية، حيث يكشف عن فجوة واضحة بين المبادئ المعلنة والواقع العملي، مما يبرز الحاجة إلى مراجعة فلسفية للمفاهيم الأخلاقية، خصوصًا فيما يتعلق بالمسؤولية الجماعية تجاه الفئات الضعيفة. وقد مثّلت حرب غزة نموذجًا تطبيقيًا لاختبار هذه الإشكالية.


الهدف: يهدف البحث إلى تقييم فاعلية فلسفة الأخلاق في تفسير وتقويم استجابة المجتمع الدولي للأزمات، عبر حالة غزة التي تكشف التحديات الأخلاقية الراهنة.


المنهجية: اعتمد البحث مناهج متعددة: التحليلي لتفكيك المفاهيم، المقارن لمقارنة السلوك الدولي، ودراسة الحالة لاختبار المفاهيم عمليًا.


النتائج: أظهرت النتائج أن المدرسة الواقعية فسرت اضطراب النظام العالمي وهيمنة المصلحة الوطنية على حساب القيم الأخلاقية، وأن حرب غزة أبرزت الانتهاكات والمعايير المزدوجة التي تكرّس سرديات الصراع المستقبلي. كما أوضحت الأمثلة التاريخية أن القوة وحدها غير كافية لحل الأزمات، وأن الدول التي تتجاهل الأخلاق قد تحقق مكاسب قصيرة الأجل لكنها تفقد الشرعية الدولية وتعرض أمنها للخطر.


الخلاصة: وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الأخلاق ليست خياراً ثانوياً بل ضرورة في السياسة الدولية، وأن المزج بين الواقعية والأخلاق هو السبيل الأمثل لتحقيق نظام أكثر عدالة واستقرارًا. كما تؤكد أن الشرعية الدولية ترتبط بالالتزام الأخلاقي، وأن السلام المستدام يتطلب قيادة تجمع بين حسابات المصالح وروح العدالة، وأن مأساة غزة تكشف الحاجة إلى ضغط دولي فعّال لإقرار حقوق الفلسطينيين وبناء ميثاق أخلاقي عالمي ملزم يرسخ المساواة في الكرامة الإنسانية.
