الملخص

فكرة البحث: يتناول البحث نقد الأسس الفلسفية التي قامت عليها النظرية الواقعية في العلاقات الدولية، تلك الأسس التي تختزل السياسة العالمية إلى صراع مصالح مادي وتصوغ افتراضاتها عن الأنانية والفوضى في صورة مسلّمات


الهدف: يهدف البحث إلى تفكيك هذه المنطلقات والكشف عن طابعها الفرضي، مستعيناً بالإطار المعياري الذي صاغه جون رولز في تصوّره لـ"اليوتوبيا الواقعية" و"قانون الشعوب".


المنهجية: اعتمد البحث منهجاً تحليلياً نقدياً مقارناً، جرى فيه تشريح الافتراضات الواقعية، ثم بناء المفاهيم الرولزية المحورية كمفهوم "المعقولية الأخلاقية" و"واجبات الشعوب"، وأخيراً مقابلة النموذجين في مواجهة مباشرة.


النتائج: وبيّن البحث أن مقولات الواقعية ليست وقائع محايدة، بل بناءات نظرية قابلة للشك، وأن أدوات رولز تمارس نقداً جذرياً يفضح التناقض الداخلي لتلك الافتراضات ويقوّض حتميتها.


الخلاصة: خلص البحث إلى أن اليوتوبيا الواقعية تتيح أفقاً لنظام دولي بديل تقوم مشروعيته على الاستقرار الأخلاقي لا على توازن القوى، وتدعو إلى بلورة "واقعية جديدة" تقرّ بإمكان التعاون المعقول وتعيد تعريف المصلحة في ضوء العدالة العالمية. وهكذا يُسهم البحث بإضافة نظرية متميّزة إلى النقد الفلسفي للواقعية، ويقترح مساراً تحويلياً لتجديد الفكر والممارسة في السياسة الدولية.
