التغيير السياسي في سوريا وانعكاساته على توجهات السياسة الخارجية التركية بعد عام 2024

الملخص

فكرة البحث: تركز هذه الدراسة على التحول الجذري في السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه سوريا بعد عام 2011م، منطلقة من فكرة انتقالها من سياسة "صفر مشاكل" إلى التدخل العسكري المباشر مدفوعةً بضرورات جيوستراتيجية وأمنية.


هدف البحث: تتبع مراحل هذا التحول وتفسير المتغيرات المتحكمة فيه، حيث لكل مرحلة انماطها الخاصة التي تحكمت بها مجموعه من المتغيرات الداخلية والإقليمية والدولية.


منهجية البحث: تم الاعتماد على منهج التحليل النظمي لرصد اهم المراحل التي مرت بها السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه سوريا منذ عام 2011م، وتفسير اهم دوافع السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه سوريا بعد التغيير السياسي في سوريا


النتائج: خلصت النتائج إلى أن صنع القرار التركي ارتبط بمصالح أمنية واقتصادية حيوية، وتأثر بشكل مباشر بالبعد الجيوستراتيجي وتداعيات التغيير السياسي في سوريا


الخلاصة: تشكل سوريا المرتكز الأساسي للتوجهات التركية في الشرق الأوسط، وأن سياستها تجاه سوريا اتسمت بالمرونة والقدرة على الاستجابة للمتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية المعقدة.
