الملخص

فكرة البحث: يعرف الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر على انه توظيفات لأموال اجنبية في موجودات رأسمالية ثابتة في دولة معينة تتمثل مشكلة البحث في طبيعة القطاع الزراعي في عينة من البلدان النامية شملت العراق ومصر وتركيا وتايلند الذي اتسم بعدم قدرته على الانتاج بالقدر الذي يسمح له بالتصدير الى الاسواق الاجنبية.


الهدف: يهدف البحث الى دراسة دور شركات الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في زيادة الانتاج الزراعي وصادراته خلال المدة 1990-2023, بالاعتماد على فرضية مفادها ان شركات الاستثمار المذكورة تسهم بأدوار ايجابية في زيادة الصادرات الزراعية.


الفرضية: من اجل اثبات فرضية البحث استخدمت بيانات السلاسل الزمنية وطريقة المربعات الصغرى الاعتيادية ومنهجية ARDL وبرنامج E_Views_12 في تقدير وتحليل أثر الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر وعدد من المتغيرات شملت سعر الصرف الاجنبي ومعدل التضخم وقيم الناتج الزراعي والدعم الحكومي الزراعي في الصادرات الزراعية وفي الامدين القصير والطويل وكذلك استخدم نموذج   ECM لتصحيح الخطأ للتأكد من وجود علاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغير المعتمد.


المنهجية: اعتمد البحث في منهجهِ على اسلوب الربط بين اتجاهين، اتجاه وصفي يعتمد على الدراسات النظرية التي درست هذا الموضوع، واتجاه كمي يعتمد على طرائق الاقتصاد القياسي واساليبه ومن ثم تفسير نتائج الاسلوب الكمي لتقييم الجانب التطبيقي.


النتائج: نستنتج مما سبق مساهمة شركات الاستثمار الاجنبي في التحول الاقتصادي والزراعي وضعف البنية التحتية لدول عينة البحث الى الحد الذي جعلها غير ملائمة لاستقطاب الشركات الاجنبية بشكل أمثل وغياب الدور الريادي لأجهزة الارشاد الزراعي في مجال استخدام التقانات الحديثة.


الخلاصة: نوصي بتأهيل واقع الزراعة في دول العينة واعتماد برامج تأهيل وتدريب العاملين الزراعيين والعمل على تحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي.
