الملخص

فكرة البحث: هذا البحث يدرس السياسة الإيرانية تجاه إريتريا من 2005 إلى 2025، وكيف تحاول إيران بناء وجود ونفوذ في منطقة القرن الأفريقي عبر استغلال الموقع المهم لإريتريا على البحر الأحمر.


الهدف: نهدف لفهم الأدوات والطرق التي تستخدمها إيران (سياسياً واقتصادياً وعسكرياً وثقافياً) لتحقيق أهدافها في إريتريا، وتأثير القوى المنافسة زي إسرائيل وتركيا والسعودية على هذه السياسة.


المنهجية: اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بمعنى وصف العلاقة بين إيران وإريتريا ثم تحليلها بعمق لفهم دوافعها وآلياتها.


النتائج: وجدنا أن إيران فعلاً بنت حضوراً استراتيجياً في إريتريا بذكاء، عبر استغلال الفوضى والفراغات التي تتركها الدول الأخرى، لكن القوى المنافسة ضغطت بشدة وحدّت من توسع هذا النفوذ.


الخلاصة: خلص البحث إلى أن السياسة الإيرانية تجاه إريتريا في المدة 2005-2025 قامت على استغلال الموقع الجيواستراتيجي للبلاد في البحر الأحمر لبناء نفوذ استراتيجي، عبر أدوات دبلوماسية واقتصادية وأمنية وثقافية ، ورغم نجاح إيران في خلق حضور متعدد الأبعاد، إلا أنها واجهت تحديات كبيرة من الفواعل المنافسة (إسرائيل، تركيا، السعودية) التي حدّت من توسع نفوذها ، إذ اتسمت السياسة الإيرانية بالمرونة والتكيف مع البيئة الإقليمية المعقدة، مع بقاء التنافس الإقليمي في القرن الأفريقي مفتوحاً على سيناريوهات متعددة.
