الملخص

فكرة البحث: يتناول البحث موقع تركيا ضمن التوازنات الإقليمية الجديدة التي تشكلت بعد سقوط نظام الأسد في كانون الأول 2024، بوصفه تحولاً استراتيجياً أعاد تشكيل موازين القوة والنفوذ في المشرق العربي، ونقل الصراع من مرحلة التنافس على بقاء النظام إلى مرحلة التنافس على بناء الدولة السورية الجديدة.


الهدف: يهدف البحث إلى تحليل انعكاسات التحولات السورية على الأمن القومي التركي، ودراسة أبعاد الدور التركي في ملفات الأمن والاقتصاد وإعادة الإعمار والعلاقات الإقليمية والدولية، فضلاً عن استشراف مستقبل موقع تركيا في البيئة الإقليمية الجديدة.


المنهجية: اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي في دراسة المتغيرات الإقليمية المرتبطة بالمرحلة الانتقالية السورية، مع توظيف المنهج الاستشرافي في بناء السيناريوهات المستقبلية المتعلقة بمستقبل الدور التركي.


النتائج: توصل البحث إلى أن تركيا تعد من أبرز المستفيدين من التحولات التي أعقبت سقوط نظام الأسد، وأن مستقبل نفوذها في سوريا يرتبط بمدى نجاح عملية بناء الدولة السورية الجديدة، في حين تمثل المسألة الكردية وأمن الحدود وإعادة الإعمار والممرات التجارية أبرز محددات الدور التركي خلال المرحلة المقبلة.


الخلاصة: خلص البحث إلى أن سقوط نظام الأسد أسهم في إعادة تشكيل التوازنات الإقليمية في المشرق العربي، وأن تركيا مرشحة للاضطلاع بدور محوري في هذه البيئة الجديدة، إلا أن استدامة هذا الدور تبقى مرهونة بمستويات الاستقرار داخل سوريا وطبيعة التفاعلات الإقليمية والدولية المصاحبة للمرحلة الانتقالية.
