الملخص

فكرة البحث: تقوم الدراسة على تحليل العلاقة بين الدراسات الاستراتيجية والعلاقات الدولية من حيث التأثير والتأثر، وبيان مستويات التكامل والتمايز بينهما، بما يوضح طبيعة الترابط الذي يجمعهما في إطار العلوم السياسية، ودورهما في تفسير السياسة الدولية، وفهم سلوك الدول وآليات الصراع والتعاون.


الهدف: هدفت الدراسة إلى معالجة الجدل النظري والتحليلي حول العلاقة بين الدراسات الاستراتيجية والعلاقات الدولية، بوصفهما مجالين معرفيين متداخلين يسهمان في تفسير التفاعلات الدولية وتوازنات القوى في النظام الدولي.


المنهجية: اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي لتتبع تطور الحقلين، والمنهج المقارن لبيان أوجه التكامل والتفاعل بينهما، ومنهج دراسة الحالة لربط النظرية بالتطبيق في سياقات واقعية مختلفة، إضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل الظاهرة واستخلاص النتائج.


النتائج: أظهرت الدراسة أن العلاقة بين الدراسات الاستراتيجية والعلاقات الدولية علاقة تكاملية وتداخلية تقوم على ترابط نظري وتطبيقي، حيث تستمد الدراسات الاستراتيجية جانباً مهماً من مفاهيمها من النظرية الواقعية والواقعية الجديدة في العلاقات الدولية.


الخلاصة: خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التحولات البنيوية في النظام الدولي، ولا سيما تغير موازين القوى وتعدد الفاعلين الدوليين، أسهمت في تقارب الأدوات والمقاربات التحليلية بين الحقلين، رغم استمرار بعض الفوارق النظرية والمنهجية، وأوصت بتطوير مقاربات ومناهج تكاملية تجمع بينهما، بما يعزز القدرة التفسيرية والتنبؤية لتحليل العلاقات الدولية وديناميات التفاعل بين الوحدات السياسية.
