الملخص
فكرة البحث: تتمحور فكرة البحث حول دراسة تطور وضع المرأة في إيران من 1979 إلى 1997، بتحليل كيف تفاعلت الدين والسياسة والاقتصاد مع المتغيرات الاجتماعية والتعليمية والسياسية، وتحديد الاتجاهات العامة المؤثرة في الحقوق والممارسات الاجتماعية.
هدف البحث: يهدف البحث الى فهم أثر الثورة الاسلامية في تطور أحوال المرأة الايرانية، وتوضيح أبرز المجالات التي شهدت تطورا جوهريا وكان لها اثرا ايجابيا اسهم في تغير حال المرأة في ايران.
منهجية البحث: تم اعتماد المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي عبر إطار تاريخي يربط أحداث الثورة والتحولات السياسية بالقوانين والممارسات الاجتماعية، ثم استخراج اتجاهات عامة من البيانات المتاحة (استقرائيًا)، وتفكيك العوامل المؤثرة وتحليل علاقاتها السببية (تحليليًا) للوصول إلى نماذج تفسيرية حول كيف تفاعلت الدين والسياسة والاقتصاد مع المتغيرات الاجتماعية.
النتائج: شكلت الثورة الايرانية وما جاءت به وفرضته من مبادئ اسلامية على المجتمع، لاسيما في العقد الاول من الثورة، تحديا جديدا لواقع المرأة في ايران مقارنة بالمرحلة السابقة، وظهرت نتيجة ذلك نساء ناشطات في مجال العمل السياسي، عملن من اجل الدفاع عن حقوق المرأة الإيرانية. وشهد عهد الرئيس علي اكبر هاشمي رفسنجاني مجالاً اوسع في الحرية والمطالبة بحقوق المرأة، وتحقيق مزيد من المكاسب بالنسبة للمرأة الايرانية.
الخلاصة: يؤكد البحث أهمية تمكين المرأة من دورها في المجتمع، ومنحها المشاركة السياسية الفاعلة إلى جانب الرجل، وأن تكون هناك تشريعات تدعم حقوقها السياسية وتعزز مكانتها الاجتماعية وتوفر بيئة مناسبة للعمل.
