Article Processing Charges (APC)

1.     Regional Studies Journal (RSJ) is an open-access journal committed to transparent and equitable scholarly publishing.

2.     Authors affiliated with institutions outside Iraq: No Article Processing Charge (APC) is required.

3.     Authors affiliated with institutions within Iraq: An Article Processing Charge of IQD 125,000 is applicable for each accepted manuscript.

4.     The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication. Submission and peer review are free of charge.

5.     The APC does not influence the editorial decision or the peer-review process. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of their academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, and compliance with the journal's editorial and ethical standards.

6.     There are no additional charges for submission, peer review, or online publication beyond the APC stated above.
